The Spit Roast Specialist is a small family firm based in Devon but covering the whole of the South West region.

We spit roast whole hogs, lambs, venison and hogget, all locally sourced, cooked from raw and carved straight to the plate by our trained chefs, with the appropriate home made sauce.

Our hog roasts are not only suitable for wedding receptions and private parties, but also adapt well to evening entertainment and corporate functions.

We can customise our menu to suit your needs and are happy to work in tandem with caterers.

Our basic package, which feeds from 60-120 people, consists of one pig, cooked on site, carved and served by a trained chef with a selection of breads, butter, homemade apple sauce, napkins and paper plates, at a cost of £695.00. The package can be customised and tailored to your needs, including a selection of meats, joints and sauces. Our gas barbecues are Buffalo 1200 and come supplied with gas, ready to use. These can be hired separately for £50. There may be an additional delivery charge, depending on your location, or the items can be collected directly from us. If you wish to partake in our barbecue catering service, the barbecue itself is provided free of charge.
